Architecture begins with the organic integration of the building into its site, as a way of declaring that architecture is one with its landscape and context.
This philosophy guided the design of the 30-story towers at Padegan 06 in Pasdaran, Tehran — a site rich with mature trees and green spaces.
To preserve the existing natural environment, the project focused on minimizing the building footprint while achieving high-density development, ensuring that a large green open space could remain for both the project and the surrounding residential area.
By concentrating the towers vertically, the design maintains expansive landscaped areas, allowing the site to function as a green lung within the dense urban fabric.
The careful placement and orientation of each tower respond to natural light, ventilation, and views, while respecting existing trees and maintaining a visual and spatial connection with the environment.
This approach reflects a design philosophy that seeks balance between urban density and ecological sensitivity, where architecture coexists harmoniously with the landscape rather than dominating it.
