The design process of this project was guided by an approach that began with a single, continuous mass. Initially, the overall tower volume was conceived as a compact, vertical form; however, upon reconsidering its relationship with the city skyline and its presence at the urban scale, it was decided to break this massive volume and introduce voids at specific heights. This intervention resulted in the emergence of five distinct towers atop a shared podium.

The solid, unified podium serves as the base of the project and is dedicated to an Information Technology Park (IT Park). This decision ensures that the lower level functions not merely as a structural base, but as an active urban space accessible to the public—facilitating social interaction, knowledge exchange, and public services.
At the upper levels, the five vertically organized towers are designated for office use. Splitting the mass into narrower towers not only enhances daylight penetration and natural ventilation but also reduces the visual scale of the project along the skyline, introducing rhythm and variation to the urban horizon. At the same time, these towers maintain a coherent and legible identity through their shared podium.

Thus, the project transforms from a “heavy, monolithic mass” into a “dynamic and open ensemble”—a composition shaped by the integration of public functions and private office programs, meaningful both at the scale of the city and at the scale of its users.
