In response to the growing demand for affordable housing, this project was conceived with the aim of creating a living environment that prioritizes people and enhances their everyday quality of life.

Leveraging a tunnel-form construction system, the building process was optimized for both time and cost, enabling efficient large-scale production without compromising structural performance.
Yet our ambition extended far beyond delivering an economical housing complex.
Within the constraints of a limited budget, we sought to preserve architectural identity and elevate spatial quality.

Through subtle volumetric articulation and façade modulation, the design breaks away from repetitive rigidity—bringing visual dynamism and fostering a sense of belonging among residents, all while keeping construction costs accessible for low-income communities.

Every design decision was guided by the needs of future occupants: from selecting durable, budget-friendly materials to crafting compact yet functional shared spaces that cultivate social interaction.

The result is an affordable residential complex with a distinct architectural character—demonstrating that even under tight financial constraints, beauty, functionality, and meaning can work together in service of the people.
