This project is conceived through a contemporary and minimal design approach, where vertical rhythm, along with transparent and semi-transparent skins, shapes a dynamic and multilayered architectural form. The interplay between solidity and translucency serves as the core design concept—maintaining a sense of structural robustness while enabling natural light, visual permeability, and a stronger interaction with the surrounding context.

Through a series of cuts, voids, and strategic setbacks, the volumes are articulated to enrich both the urban façade and the interior spatial quality. Enhanced daylight access, diversified views, and the integration of terraces and semi-open spaces are direct outcomes of this design strategy.

The project’s linear white façade operates as a unified architectural shell, establishing a coherent identity for the development while creating a calm and orderly expression on the streetscape. Within this shell, warmer surfaces using stone and wood finishes introduce a balanced contrast, generating a dialogue between modernity and intimacy.

Ultimately, the project aims to define a model of contemporary livability—a synthesis of functional performance, refined spatial experience, and a distinctive formal language that elevates both the quality of life within the units and the character of the urban environment.
